Outreach

Matthew 28: 18-20
18 Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,20 and teachingthem to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

Matthew 5: 13-16
13 “You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot.
14 “You are the light of the world.A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. 15 Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house.16 In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.

We seek to both follow Christ’s Great Commission to make disciples of all nations and to be salt and light in this world; sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ and showing God’s grace and love through our lives and our actions.  Therefore outreach to the community and the world around us is an important part of the church life.

At our church

We share the Good News of Jesus Christ (the gospel) through a number of means including special evangelistic meetings, personal sharing, the Evangelism Explosion program and others.  We also reach out into our community via our children’s ministry, youth group, pastoral groups and even our ladies’ aerobics classes.  Our members also help with various Christian work and ministries such as the Trinity Children’s Centre.

Further Afield

We are also active in church planting and assisting smaller churches.  This includes churches in Kelana Jaya, Bandar Utama, TTDI, Nilai, Bentong and most recently in Taman Desa.

To the Ends of the Earth

Currently, the church is supporting work amongst tribal peoples as well as outreach work in the Philippines and in China which includes coming alongside the marginalised and handicapped.
